Still plugging along

ladythmprI usually do a personal challenge for the weeks of November and December, but not this year. However, I am still plugging away on projects.
I got a bunch of work done on the Mystery Stitchalong.

I worked on this piece yesterday Nov 17; I'm working on a section that uses a DMC Light Effects thread, which is a PitA to work with, and I put in and frogged the same six stitches three times before I found some tips on how to work with this damn stuff, and finally got about a dozen stitches in. However, by then it was dark, and it's a light colored thread on white, so I'll take the picture in daylight after I've worked some more today.
On Nov 12, I went to a bead meetup, and reworked the necklace that I'm making for my Mom, and stitched some snowflake earrings from a hank that we found when we went to a bead show a couple of weeks ago.
