I had very little crafting time today, due to Yom Kippur. After breaking the fast, I added another row (i.e. 2 rows depending if you count pulling up loops and working them off separately) of my Tunisian crochet afghan, while watching an old episode of the British game show Pointless. That's 45 minutes, which is just about enough time for me to do one row. There's no point in posting a photo, since it won't look substantially different from yesterday's.

I think that 2 rows is just over half an inch, so I really need to do more than one a day if I want to finish this month. Though I do have some zoom meetings (every other week Thursday crafting get-together, discussion group re: Brother Grimm folk tales, and book club) that would give me some extra crafting time.

One thing I've always envied of people who knit or crochet is the ability to do so while engaged in other things (and being in many places). I remember a friend in high school used to knit in class!

Makes sense. I have sometimes beaded with other people but very rarely because there's so much I need at hand. Plus, while I put on a TV show or podcast while doing the actual stringing, I find it distracting to have anything else going on when I'm setting up and planning.
