Day 6 - Pattern Homework

We had to make three patterns from a list of pattern types and I chose geometric. It was surprisingly hard to do! I made a cardstock sample with craft punches and then moved the shapes around in CorelDraw. I cut, copied, rotated and whatnot to arrive at this pattern. Adding things, removing things...it's all part of the process. I also wanted it to be more about the colour palette than the design. Here's what it looks like tiled. It reminds me of granny squares.
